CNC Machining
We have strong competence in precision machining for prototyping. Our master machinists have built a passionate team that continuously push the envelope, meeting demanding requirements whether it be machining ultra hard materials or plastic that can easily deform. Our team has the ability to produce machined prototypes quickly and at high precision.
3D printing
3D printing offers you the ability to build parts with designs that would be otherwise impossible to achieve with traditional manufacturing techniques. We offer SLA and SLS printing services with a wide selection of materials to suit your design application.
Vacuum Casting
Vacuum Casting is an often under-appreciated prototyping technique that saves our customers time and money. This technique allows you to make parts that simulate plastic injection molding. This is achieved by using polyurethane formulations meant to simiulate the material properties of real plastic resins such as Nylon, ABS, PC, POM and more. Using special RTV silicone, we produce a silicone tool that can make up to 30 parts. We can also color and texture the parts in mould and provide other post finishing processes, such as painting.
Sheet metal manufacturing
If you are looking to make small to medium sized production batches of sheet metal fabricated components, our sheet metal capabilities enable you to find the most cost effective solution with no order minimums. Whether you need laser cutting, precision fabricated sheet metal parts on a precision press brake, progressive stamping, welding or assembly, we can get the job done. We can also provide you a number of post finishing processes including painting, powder coating, electrocoating, galvanizing, electroplating, anodizing, black oxide and more.
